Privacy Everyone has a right to privacy. Companies you do business with should respect that right. Because we have access to personal data about our clients, we take client security, privacy and confidentiality very seriously. With the exception of the holder of the assets, we do not release data about our clients to anyone. All unused documents are shredded. There continues to be quite a bit of controversy regarding the use of Social Security Numbers as identification. Unfortunately, most holders require this proof of ID because, for many, it is the only identification that is unique to the owner. |
